We recommend booking your move at least 4-6 weeks in advance, especially during peak moving season (May-September). For moves during less busy times, 2-3 weeks notice is typically sufficient. For last-minute moves, we'll do our best to accommodate your schedule.
Yes, we offer a complete range of high-quality packing materials including boxes, bubble wrap, packing paper, tape, and specialty containers. These can be purchased separately or included as part of our full-service packing option.
Our movers are trained in proper techniques for packing and moving fragile and valuable items. We use specialized materials and equipment to ensure these items are protected. For extremely valuable or irreplaceable items, we recommend our specialty moving service which includes custom crating and additional insurance options.
We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made more than 7 days before your scheduled move date receive a full refund of any deposit. Cancellations within 3-7 days receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 3 days before your move may not be eligible for a refund, but we evaluate each situation individually.
Yes, we offer both short-term and long-term storage solutions in our secure, climate-controlled facilities. Your items can be moved directly into storage and then delivered to your new location when you're ready.
